The Fiber Gummy & Supplement Tracker

Fiber has left the cereal aisle and moved into gummy bears, pouches and daily packs. This tracker is every one of them we have read, label by label: what the Supplement Facts panel actually declares, which fibers are doing the work, and how the dose stacks up against the trials. Each entry gets the one number that matters. Newest first, and updated as new products land.

How we read these

Every entry is a full piece, not a blurb. We read the label or the study ourselves, check each number against the primary source (the brand’s own panel, the FDA or USDA filing, the paper on PubMed), and say plainly what we could not verify. No brand pays to be here, and no brand sees a piece before it runs.
