The GLP-1 & Gut Tracker
GLP-1 drugs are, among other things, gut drugs, and the wellness aisle has noticed. This tracker is everything we have read on the medications, the products sold alongside them and the hormone your gut makes on its own: the FDA labels, the trials and the fine print, piece by piece. Each entry gets the one number that matters. Newest first. Reporting, never medical advice.

How we read these
Every entry is a full piece, not a blurb. We read the label or the study ourselves, check each number against the primary source (the brand’s own panel, the FDA or USDA filing, the paper on PubMed), and say plainly what we could not verify. No brand pays to be here, and no brand sees a piece before it runs.
